SDA’s innovative approach to land planning transformed this 337 acres into a unique community of single family homes, townhomes, a school site, extensive open space and park areas, stores, offices and a signature clubhouse. By incorporating sustainable design principles, best management practices were implemented that lead to the creation of wetlands and wildlife habitat throughout the lake and stormwater management system.
